It is a requirement of the Residential Tenancies Act, 1997, that all tenants have access to funds, up to $1000, to in order to carry out urgent repairs. The contacts below are only to be used after office hours in an emergency situation. All urgent or non-urgent repairs between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm must be reported to our office.
If urgent repairs are needed you should FIRST take steps to contact your property manager or Beller Real Estate on 9510 1966 to arrange for the problem to be fixed.
If the call out of the tradesperson is considered non-urgent you may have to pay the difference between the cost of the after hours call repair and the charge for a normal working hours call.

Tenants must advise their property manger no later than the next business day of the urgent repair.
