Rae Tolley is a highly valued asset in Beller’s property management department. She was invited to develop the department in 1987 after having run her own small business for 13 years, and has grown Beller’s property management portfolio from 120 to more than 2000 properties, and she oversees a dedicated team of property management experts.
Rae has a strong client focus and enjoys the challenges each day presents, her philosophy is to treat tenants and landlords alike, and in the manner in which she would like to be treated herself.

A real ‘people’ person, Candice brings warmth and vitality to Beller’s property management department. Candice originally studied tourism, but was attracted to the real estate industry because of its diversity, plus it gave her the opportunity to meet people from different cultures and lifestyles.
Candice firmly believes that landlords and tenants should be treated equally – after all, current tenants could become future landlords. She is dedicated to creating lasting relationships, and her strong work ethic and professionalism impresses everyone she meets.
Candice listens to her clients’ needs and offers professional advice based on her knowledge and experience, thus achieving the results they are looking for – effortlessly and without stress.

Always interested in the property market, Monika has combined her Business Management degree with her retail management experience and in-depth sales and marketing involvement from another real estate firm and brought it to Beller’s property management department to give another aspect to the ever-changing property market.

A generous and warm personality, Joanne has real estate in her blood – her family owns and operates a firm in the Latrobe Valley; so it made sense that Joanne decided to pursue a career in the industry.
Youthful, but experienced – her career commenced in 1999, Joanne has almost completed her full licence. Committed to the ‘only industry she knows’, Joanne has an excellent understanding and in-depth knowledge of all things real estate.

Paulina is a dedicated and organised member of Beller’s Property Management team. She possesses a warm personality and has extensive experience in Real Estate, combined with the added bonus of Russian as her native tongue. Paulina’s professional aptitude is admired amongst her peers and clients.
With a love of forming relationships with her landlords, tenants, tradespeople and colleagues. Paulina’s dedication stems from her personal experience in being both a landlord and a tenant. Owning her own home and an investment property, Paulina is keen to build on her property portfolio in the coming years.
Paulina chose Real Estate as her vocation driven by a keen interest in the monetary side of property investments. She was inspired by how landlords make their properties work for them as well as the various ways that property owners can increase their fortunes by clever management of their portfolios.

Cathy Fish comes to Beller bringing with her experience as a property manager, landlord and tenant, and an ability to integrate compassion and commitment to all parties. She returns to property management after working for an investment company creating wealth creation and as a mortgage broker, so her assistance in helping landlords build a property portfolio is invaluable.
Cathy has a passion for real estate. She values customer service and her eye for detail ensures that both landlords and tenants are kept in the picture at all times. Cathy spent some time in the police force, giving her the ability to have a higher than normal intuition in connecting the right people together. Her listening skills are exceptional and she enjoys the challenge to strive for a win-win situation for all.

Scott's experience and expertise in Property Management is second to none. A Licensed Estate Agent, Scott began his real estate career in 2000 working through sales, marketing and property management.
Scott chose to focus his career on Property Management as he found it complemented his attention to detail and highly organized nature. After attaining her Masters degree in accounting and financial management at Latrobe University, Bundoora, Megha was first introduced to the real estate industry two years prior to working with Beller.
She first began as an assistant for a reputable realty firm and was quickly awarded position of accountant within six months of employment. This promotion, including her innate vocation for finance, lead the way to Beller, in which she attributes such dedication and prowess daily as Beller's Trust Accounts Manager.
After hours, Megha is deeply involved in charitable events and well being seminars affiliated with the “Art of Living” Group, its primary focus directed towards Yoga and spiritual enlightenment, from which her natural love of people and centred overview of life is celebrated within and without work.

Evonne's bubbly personality stands out at the front desk at Beller. The ‘Director of First Impressions' Evonne takes her work seriously ensuring that every person who walks through the door is greeted with a warm friendly welcome and reliable up-to-date information.
Evonne is a people person. A hard worker with excellent organisational skills, Evonne's work ethic comes from tireless hours working in her family's hospitality businesses. She chose real estate over continuing a life in hospitality to build on her foundations of customer service and gain experience in a corporate environment.

Challa was born for real estate. Before finding her place at Beller, she was actively involved in the administration of her family run building and Construction Company, and also other major building industries; therefore it was only natural for her to step inside the world of real estate. At present Challa is in training and developing her skills, in order to springboard her ambition to become a Property Manager.
Outside of work, Challa's love for extreme sport and dance combined with her enthusiastic people person mentality ensures no challenge is unmet in promoting customer satisfaction for both owners and tenants, alike.
