We engage a team of professional tradespeople to look after repairs and maintenance. We are also able to appoint tradespeople of your choosing.
Repairs carried out on your behalf are paid for from your rent monies held in trust. Full details of repairs are printed on your monthly statement, with a copy of relevant invoices for your reference.
