Prior to the commencement of the tenancy, we carry out a fully detailed condition report with property photographs. This report is referred to during routine inspections and at the end of the tenancy.
Regular property inspections ensure that your investment is safeguarded. We annually inspect your property, free of charge. Each time your property is inspected a future date is allocated for the next inspection. Following a routine inspection we advise you of any repairs, preventative maintenance and recommendations for future requirements. This also allows us to make recommendations on rental and lease reviews.
