Damon began his career in real estate sales in 1988 and soon progressed through the ranks as a professional sales executive and auctioneer in Melbourne’s premium real estate market. Damon switched to "the client side" and became a developer, specialising in medium density apartment developments and land subdivision in and around Melbourne. Fourteen years later he has successfully completed some 30 projects. Damon was attracted by what he saw as the next logical step in the industry and joined Andrew in the newly created Beller Project Marketing division and has carefully chosen a first class team of experienced focused professionals.
