With solid experience from a variety of former government and private roles, she is highly skilled in customer service and office management, and Lauren brings to BellerTBM a strong work ethic and a great smile.
Lauren has exceptional time management skills too, which enables her to multi-task and tackle any job as it arises.
Specialising in creating reports and diary management, she enjoys the challenges of office management and the chance to further hone her computer and customer service skills.

John Spanos knows real estate. The Senior Associate/Property Manager has 29 years of experience - 25 years with Beller TBM Commercial - and a superior knowledge of the Melbourne market.
He currently manages around 250 properties around Melbourne, ranging in retail, industrial and commercial real estate.
John offers a high level of professional advice and is passionate in his personal approach. Over the years, he has worked hard to instill trust in his clients, and enjoys being part of their financial success. In turn, many of those are now personal friends.
As a property professional, John is highly educated and active within the industry. He is an Affiliate member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV), an Associate member of the Real Estate Institute of Australia, a Licensed Estate Agent and an Accredited Property Manager. He holds a Certificate of Estate Agency (RMIT) and a Certificate of Commercial and Industrial Practice (CCIP) from the REIV.

There's not much Ylana hasn't seen happen in the commercial property industry, and she's been a proud part of its growth and development for 28 years.
Her extensive experience includes 11 years with BellerTBM Commercial, and prior to that Ylana notched up four years working in shopping centre management.
Now a Commercial Property Manager, she uses all of her professional skill to happily manage a portfolio of more than 200 properties, and she continues to enjoy the challenges from her mix of industrial, commercial, retail and supermarket clients.
Most of all, she's passionate about connecting with people from all walks of life, and the great networking opportunities the industry provides. She believes it's vital to stay current with the industry in order to provide the best service to her valued clients.
As well as being a Licensed Estate Manager (Ylana studied at the former Prahran Technical College) she also studied primary teaching before delving into the property industry.
She's never looked back and continues to improve her high level of competency in property management, and in particular client contact.

Bill Di Donna is an experienced property manager having worked solely in Melbourne since 1984.
Bill is well versed in a wide variety of commercial property issues when dealing with small factory tenancies to multi-level offices. He has an Associate Diploma in Real Estate Valuations from RMIT and is a Licensed Agent. He has acted for not only private clients but also the Melbourne City Council, VicRoads and VicTrack.
Bill joined BellerTBM Commercial nine years ago and has previously managed properties in both CBD and the greater Melbourne metro area.
He now manages more than 200 properties throughout Melbourne and has enjoyed a strong relationship over many years with long established clients.

Marc Hayden has extensive knowledge and experience in commercial business dealings.
Since leaving school, he has worked in residential sales and property management, and now specialises in commercial management & leasing. Marc joined Beller in 2002 to control the Commercial Property Division, and implemented Beller’s unique office systems, which allow Beller Commercial to operate as a separte entity.
Enjoying the challenges and diversity that a day in real estate brings, Marc identifies with the ‘black and white’ business nature of his clients. Managing a portfolio of around 260 retail, commercial and industrial properties, Marc has been credited as a market leader in his field.
