I applied for the property in North Melbourne and although my application was not chosen by the owner I must thank Beller Real Estate, particularly Neil Harris, for the outstanding service I was given. I have been searching for a property for some months now and this is the first time I’ve been treated as prospective tenants should. Neil replied promptly to every email sent and kept me up to date and informed at every step of the process which I’ve never experienced from any other agent in Melbourne.
I’m grateful for having had the chance to deal with your agency as it’s lifted my spirits in my search and kept me motivated to continue looking. Thank you very much for the excellent job that you did as our property manager when we were renting the apartment at the Chevron. Everything we contacted you about was addressed quickly and with minimum fuss, and it made renting with you a great experience. Whilst I am enjoying the size and location of our new place, I miss having you as out contact!

Neil was so nice and explained everything so patiently. All in all he was very reassuring and made me feel that if I give him the property to manage that my interests will be looked after. That he will take an interest and I won't be hand balled from one agent to another without knowing who is currently managing Baker street. I feel like a weight is lifted off my shoulders to have Neil managing my property. Just to have someone who is nice and reassuring is all I want.
