Your firm manages one of my rental properties. As such, I recently received an invitation to participate in your annual survey, which I did. However, I felt that the survey was not structured in a way to enable any feedback to be given in respect of individual employees and thus this email.
Paulina Rothstein manages my property and has been doing so for a number of years. I work and live overseas, which makes the relationship and communication that much more important.
Your job is fundamentally that of a service provider – I know that you have many landlords that you act for, that you will therefore have limited time to respond to each landlord and that you are generally very busy but the magic, is to make each client/landlord feel as if they are the only client. Paulina has successfully achieved that time and time again.
One example illustrates this point perfectly. Earlier this year, my tenant vacated the premises. Substantial renovations were required to made to the unit as it had dated and thus required an "uplift" by way of a new kitchen, bathroom etc. Paulina managed the process effortlessly – the quality of her service, responsiveness and attention to detail and care was second to none. She organized quotes, tradesmen and ensured that the renovations were carried out on time and to a high standard and all this whilst I was overseas.
The fact that she genuinely loves her job is apparent from the high standard with which she conducts herself – she is professional yet personable. I would have no hesitation in following her if she ever chose to move jobs.
As I have found in my industry (legal), which is also fundamentally a service industry, talented and committed people can be difficult to find. Paulina is one of those people.

My wife and I were pleased to use the services of Beller Residential to act on our behalf and collect the rent from our St Kilda rental property for a period of almost 10 years.
